Refund policy
We do not give refunds. All sales are final. When a purchase is made by the customer, items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All of our products are produced with the highest quality ingredients. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at leshay@leshaycandles.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages from shipping must be reported within 3 days after receipt. Please email a photo of the damaged item(s) as well as the product names of the damaged items to leshay@leshaycandles.com.
